The Polish Constitution Day parade was held on May 2, 2015. The parade ran along Dearborn Street, from Lake Street to Van Buren St. This 124th Chicago parade was in honor of the first democratic constitution in Europe and second in the world only to the United States Constitution. Each year the parade attracts thousands who are devoted to Polonia and Poland. Thousands more are expected to be drawn to the television coverage of the parade provided by Polish TV stations. Polish values, history, traditions and culture ware presented by the participants in the parade.
The Parade Committee invited all Polish-American organizations, societies, clubs, schools, businesses and individuals to take part in this very important for American Polonia patriotic event. This year the Polish Constitution Day Committee honored Coach Michael Krzyzewski as the Grand Marshall.
