Washington — The 2024 Democratic National Convention will feature speeches by three presidents to officially recognize Vice President Kamala Harris as its nominee on next week.
Speakers will include President Biden, former President Barack Obama, former President Bill Clinton, and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. They are set to make remarks at next week’s four-day event.
An official schedule has not yet been released. However, President Biden and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton are expected to deliver remarks on Monday, former President Obama is planned for Tuesday, and former President Bill Clinton is set to speak on Wednesday.
Vice-President Harris’ running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, is expected to officially accept the vice presidential nomination on Wednesday night. Also on Wednesday, ‘Veep’ Actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus will host a panel during the Democratic National Convention with the Democratic Governors Association. Vice-President Harris will take the stage on Thursday, the last night of the convention, to officially accept the presidential nomination.
