BRONZEVILLE — The Solar Pyramid was unveiled at Gallery Guichard in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood. The Solar Pyramid is the work of Chicago artist Shala that was placed in the Great Migration Sculpture Garden outside Gallery Guichard. Shala worked with ComEd to create the solar-powerd pyramid. Students in the community helped to design hieroglyphic panels for the pyramid. Gallery Giuchard parterned with the Purpose Foundation in building the Great Migration Sculpture Garden.
